苹果与 OpenAI 合作关系破裂，OpenAI 拟采取法律行动
深潮 TechFlow 消息，5 月 18 日，据彭博社报道，苹果与 OpenAI 长达两年的合作关系出现严重裂痕。OpenAI 认为合作未达预期——ChatGPT 在苹果生态中曝光度不足、功能入口隐蔽、订阅转化远低于预期，目前已联合外部律所研究法律选项，包括向苹果发出违约通知。OpenAI 高管表示，苹果"甚至没有做出诚实的努力"。目前尚未作出最终决定，OpenAI 仍希望庭外解决。
与此同时，苹果计划在 iOS 27 中引入多 AI 接入机制，测试整合 Anthropic Claude与 Google Gemini，OpenAI 的独家地位将进一步削弱。
