市场再传马斯克或整合SpaceX与特斯拉，双方AI与供应链协同持续加深
BlockBeats 消息，5 月 27 日，随着 SpaceX 即将启动 IPO，市场关于马斯克整合 SpaceX 与特斯拉的猜测再度升温。知情人士称，马斯克过去曾与内部人士讨论过两家公司合并的可能性，部分特斯拉员工也长期认为双方最终可能走向整合。
报道称，尽管一家主营航天、一家主营电动车，但双方近年来已越来越多地聚焦 AI 基础设施建设，并在算力、电力与供应链层面深度协同。SpaceX 第一季度 101 亿美元资本开支中，超过四分之三与 AI 相关；特斯拉今年资本开支则预计增至超过 250 亿美元。
双方合作还包括：特斯拉向 xAI 投资 20 亿美元、SpaceX 采购特斯拉 Megapack 储能系统为 Colossus 数据中心供电，以及采购 Cybertruck 等。此外，英伟达此前还曾在马斯克要求下，将原本分配给特斯拉的一笔 5 亿美元 GPU 订单转交给 xAI。
报道称，两家公司目前已共享部分高管、工程团队与供应链资源，部分供应商甚至已将其视为统一客户。市场认为，若未来完成整合，马斯克或将打造一家覆盖 AI、能源、汽车、航天与算力基础设施的超级科技集团。
