深潮 TechFlow 消息，5 月 24 日，据 BusinessInsider 报道，据 BusinessInsider 披露，SpaceX 即将启动 IPO，对应估值约 1.75 万亿至 2 万亿美元，超高估值意味着其上市后可能迅速进入主流指数及 ETF，被动资金配置速度或远超以往大型 IPO，根据当前规则：
1、Vanguard VTI 与成长 ETF VUG 所对应的 CRSP 指数最快可能在 SpaceX 上市后 5 个交易日内纳入；
2、QQQ 所跟踪的纳斯达克 100 指数，最快可在 SpaceX 上市后 15 个交易日纳入；
3、罗素 1000 指数与 Russell 1000 Growth 指数预计最早于今年 9 月和 12 月纳入 SpaceX；
4、SPY 所跟踪的标普 500 指数，则可能在规则修改后于 2027 年纳入 SpaceX。
预计 SpaceX 在纳斯达克 100 指数中的权重或达 0.47%-0.70%，高于其在多数浮动市值加权指数中的占比，而随着锁仓期结束及更多内部股东出售股份，SpaceX 流通盘未来可能提升，从而进一步提高其在主流指数中的权重。
