特朗普签行政命令，要求审查加密公司接入美国支付系统的限制
ChainCatcher 消息，美国总统特朗普于当地时间周二签署行政命令，要求联邦政府与美联储审查现有监管框架，以推动数字资产与金融科技更深入接入传统金融服务和支付系统。该行政命令要求美国金融监管机构在未来三个月内审查现行规则，并识别任何“不合理阻碍”金融科技公司与受联邦监管金融机构合作的规定。六个月内，监管机构还需采取措施鼓励金融创新。其中，命令特别要求美联储重新评估无保险存款机构以及非银行金融公司获取支付账户与支付服务的资格。
文件还要求美国 12 家地区联储研究，是否可以在不依赖美联储理事会批准的情况下，独立向相关机构开放支付账户。分析认为，该政策可能利好怀俄明州特殊目的存款机构及类似架构的加密公司。此前，Kraken 旗下怀俄明州 SPDI 已获得堪萨斯联储有限版本“主账户”权限，其他加密机构也在寻求类似资格。报道称，美联储目前也正在研究更正式的“精简版主账户”机制，并已于去年 12 月公布相关提案。
