财新：CRS 2.0将加密资产纳入全球税务“天眼”，境外征税全面趋严
Odaily星球日报讯 全球税务“天眼”CRS2.0 正加速在全球落地，加密资产、CBDC 及部分电子货币产品已被纳入金融资产申报范围。中国香港拟于 2028 年前实施 CRS2.0 并同步推进加密资产申报框架（CARF），未来加密货币交易所、经纪商、加密 ATM 运营方需对加密货币与法定货币兑换、跨币种加密资产互换、加密资产境内外划转进行申报，申报需精确标注资产全称，如比特币(BTC)、以太坊(ETH)、泰达币(USDT)等，并按交易维度统计总市值、持仓总量、交易笔数；针对零售类支付交易，单笔金额达 5 万美元以上需逐笔单独申报。
尽管中国内地尚未“官宣”CRS2.0 落地时间表，但从 2025 年起多地税务部门陆续以电话、短信等方式通知纳税人自查申报 2022 一 2024 年度境外收入并依法完税。据悉，CRS2.0 不仅会让境外持仓加密资产完全暴露在税务监管视野下，还可能触发其他监管部门的联动核查。（财新）
