Deloitte 实质收购 Blocknative 团队，后者将停止 API 与 Gas Network 服务
ChainCatcher 消息，Deloitte 已通过 “团队收购” 方式吸收加密基础设施公司 Blocknative。Blocknative 团队未来将专注于推动 Deloitte 客户组合中的 Web3 创新。Blocknative 官网公告显示，公司正停止运营，其 API 服务和 Gas Network 预计将运行至 6 月 19 日后逐步关闭。Blocknative 成立于 2018 年，主要提供实时 mempool 监控、Gas 费用预测和交易管理工具，其 Gas Network 则用于提供实时 Gas 价格数据。此次交易发生在加密行业新一轮整合背景下。近期多个基础设施项目出现裁员或停止运营，而 Deloitte 等传统专业服务机构则在持续扩大对加密行业的服务覆盖，包括会计、审计和企业咨询等方向。
