Odaily星球日报讯 据知情人士透露，OpenAI 已筹集超过 40 亿美元，用于成立一家新的合资企业，该合资企业将专注于帮助企业采用其人工智能软件。据一位不愿透露姓名的人士称，这家名为“部署公司”（The Deployment Company）的新企业获得了包括 TPG Inc.、Brookfield Asset Management、Advent 和 Bain Capital 在内的 19 位投资者的支持。这笔交易对公司的估值为 100 亿美元，不包括已支付的款项。该人士还表示，合资企业将由 OpenAI 控股并控制。(金十)
