西班牙临时封禁Polymarket与Kalshi，调查或持续数月
Odaily星球日报讯 西班牙消费者事务部下属博彩监管总局（DGOJ）已要求互联网服务提供商临时封禁预测市场平台 Polymarket 与 Kalshi。
监管机构认为，两平台在未取得西班牙博彩许可情况下，向当地用户提供基于未来事件结果的预测交易产品，可能违反当地博彩法律。西班牙方面表示，未获许可的平台缺乏身份验证、未成年人保护及自我限制机制等必要消费者保护措施。
报道称，相关调查预计持续 3 至 4 个月。在调查期间，西班牙用户访问相关网站时将收到风险提示。监管部门后续可能采取罚款、永久限制或要求申请本地牌照等措施。（crowdfundinsider）
