特朗普力推加密法案，立法前景却因自身商业利益蒙上阴影

此番言论发表之际，旨在为数字资产建立全面监管框架的《Clarity Act》已于 5 月初在参议院银行委员会获得通过，此前因稳定币收益等问题辩论而拖延数月。但分析师指出，该法案距离最终成法仍面临复杂障碍。Benchmark 分析师 Mark Palmer 表示，该法案需与众议院农业委员会的相关市场结构法案合并，且需要获得 60 票以避免阻挠议事，这意味着必须争取大量民主党人的支持。
然而，由于近期围绕特朗普的加密项目等利益冲突问题持续发酵，TD Cowen 分析师认为，这使得民主党人在政治上面临更大压力去支持一项包含针对总统利益冲突标准的加密法案，因此该法案今年通过的可能性很低。民主党参议员 Ruben Gallego 已明确警告，若相关问题未解决，他将在全院投票中反对该法案。
