阿根廷反赌博法案首次将加密交易所纳入监管，违规可判 2 至 4 年监禁
ChainCatcher 消息，据 CriptoNoticias 报道，阿根廷政府通过卫生部向国会提交了一项预防赌博成瘾和规范在线博彩的法案，首次明确将虚拟资产服务提供商纳入监管范围。法案规定，银行、金融科技公司、加密货币交易所和钱包提供商不得向在阿根廷境内无牌运营的博彩平台提供服务或便利交易。
法案还提议修改刑法，对向这些非法平台提供金融、技术或数字资产服务的人或公司处以 2 至 4 年监禁。交易所和加密资产提供商将需实施更严格的尽职调查、交易监控和 KYC 政策。阿根廷央行、国家证券委员会、国家通信委员会和 NIC Argentina 将加强机构间协调，以有效阻断技术接入和资金流动。
