云深处拟 IPO 募资约 25.03 亿元投资于具身算法及模型研发等项目
ChainCatcher 消息，专注具身智能机器人及其配套产品与解决方案的科技公司杭州云深处科技股份有限公司发布招股说明书。其中显示，公司 2025 年度具身智能机器人项目收入达 32,237.73 万元；产品组件项目收入达 1,195.01 万元；配套服务收入达 257.3 万元。
根据公司 2026 年第一次临时股东会和第一届董事会第九次会议决议，本次发行募集资金 250,251.1 万元，扣除发行费用后，将投资于具身算法及模型研发项目、机器人本体与解决方案研发项目、具身智能机器人产业化项目、具身智能机器人基地建设项目。
