香港金管局要求银行3个月内完成追溯至2023年1月的假文件开户排查
Odaily星球日报讯 香港金管局已要求银行针对内地用户开立的投资账户启动开户核查，重点是识别和关停假文件开户、清理僵尸账户。假文件开户的排查范围，追溯至 2023 年 1 月起开立的账户，排查在 3 个月内完成，完成后的 6 个月内关闭问题账户。
对“僵尸账户”的排查清理，亦在未来 3 个月展开。银行须识别出截至 2026 年 5 月 22 日止的此前一年内，内地投资者持有的投资账户零结余且无任何交易活动的个案，与之重新进行 KYC（认识你的客户）资料确认，及要求客户按新开立投资账户新规作出一系列声明，若不能实现有关程序，则账户在 6 个月内关停。（财新网）
