德勤并购加密基础设施公司 Blocknative
ChainCatcher 消息，德勤周二宣布，已通过以人才收购为主的并购方式收购加密基础设施公司 Blocknative。根据公告，Blocknative 团队未来将“专注于推动德勤客户体系中的 Web3 创新”。目前，Blocknative 官网已显示公告，称公司“正在逐步停止运营”。其 Blocknative API 与 Gas Network 服务也将逐步关闭，预计持续运行至 6 月 19 日。
Blocknative 成立于 2018 年，是一家区块链基础设施公司，专注于实时 mempool（内存池）监控、Gas 费用预测以及交易管理。公司提供 API 和相关工具，用于优化链上交易；其 Gas Network 则是一个去中心化预言机网络，用于提供实时 Gas 费用数据。此举正值加密生态系统整体整合浪潮之际。这也伴随着像德勤这样的传统公司加大了加密曝光。德勤现在为加密公司提供会计、审计及其他企业服务。
