法国或错失AI代理与稳定币支付浪潮：专家称6个月内需调整税制以避免被边缘化
Odaily星球日报讯 法国媒体《Le Monde》刊发的观点文章指出，法国或仅有约 6 个月时间来把握“代理式 AI（agentic AI）”引领的新一轮产业浪潮，否则可能在全球数字金融体系中被边缘化。多位法国加密行业人士观点称，AI 代理驱动的在线交易正在快速增长，其中大部分结算已通过稳定币完成。根据 Andreessen Horowitz 发布的《State of Crypto》报告，稳定币年交易规模已达约 46 万亿美元，接近 Visa 的 3 倍、PayPal 的 20 倍，成为全球支付体系的重要基础设施。
文章进一步指出，由 Coinbase 推动、并被 Cloudflare、Google 及 Visa 等采用的 x402 标准，已支持 AI 代理通过稳定币自动完成支付，目前累计交易已超过 1.19 亿笔。
但在税制方面，法国现行条款被批评已无法适应该趋势：稳定币兑换与法币提现之间的税务处理机制复杂，被认为抑制了资金回流银行体系，导致大量数字资产交易长期停留在稳定币生态中。在 AI 代理与稳定币支付逐步融合的背景下，全球金融基础设施正在重构，而法国若不及时调整监管与税制框架，可能错失新一轮数字经济红利。
