ChainCatcher 消息，韩国上市 IT 服务提供商 ITCEN Global 宣布通过发行可转换债券募资 400 亿韩元（约 300 万美元），本轮募资由 KCGI Innovation Growth ESG Fund 全资持有的 ITC Holdings 认购，资金将用于拓展 Web3 与证券型代币（STO）等新业务，该公司表示若下半年韩国数字资产监管框架落地，相关业务有望加速推进。
