韩国检方起诉操纵 Solana 上 Meme 币 CATFI 的犯罪团伙，系虚拟资产用户保护法下首例不正当交易案
深潮 TechFlow 消息，5 月 27 日，韩国首尔南部地方检察厅虚拟资产犯罪联合搜查组已就 Solana 模因币 CATFI 在去中心化交易所（ DEX ）上的 Rug Pull 案，拘押起诉 2 人、不拘押起诉 3 人。检方称，这是首个适用《虚拟资产用户保护法》不正当交易条款的案件，也是首个对 DEX Rug Pull 案主犯实施拘押起诉的案例。
报道显示，涉案人员于 2025 年初发行 CATFI ，并通过社交平台散布虚假利好、伪装第三方荐币、操纵粉丝数据及多钱包循环交易实施抛售，非法获利约 4 亿韩元。CATFI 发行后 26 小时内价格一度上涨 1001 倍，约 256 名投资者合计损失约 9 亿韩元。
