Figure创始人预测区块链重塑华尔街信贷基础设施
Odaily星球日报讯 Figure Technology Solutions（FIGR）创始人 Mike Cagney 表示，公司正推动通过区块链重构传统信贷市场底层设施，将贷款、现实世界资产（RWA）乃至股票搬上链，目标是让信贷流转摆脱传统中介体系，成为“华尔街新的基础设施”。数据显示，Figure 今年 3 月单月贷款发放规模首次突破 10 亿美元，2026 年第一季度总发放量达 29 亿美元，年化规模约 120 亿美元。
Mike Cagney 指出，贷款代币化可显著降低证券化成本，减少传统中介费用，同时通过持续实时更新的信用市场提升流动性，并使链上信贷资产能够直接接入 DeFi 生态，扩大投资者参与范围。其旗下 Forge 平台可将贷款打包为标准化资产池，并转化为可在 DeFi 协议中作为抵押品使用的代币。
目前，Figure 已在 Solana 生态推进相关业务，并计划拓展至以太坊。此外，公司还推出由美国国债等传统资产支持、规模约 6 亿美元的收益型稳定币 YLDS，并探索股票代币化及链上质押借贷。Mike Cagney 表示，区块链将成为最具变革性的技术之一，并重新定义未来金融市场结构。（CoinDesk）
