日本自民党提出 AI 与区块链次世代金融构想，三大银行拟明年 3 月前发行稳定币
ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinPost 报道，日本自民党数字社会推进本部“次世代 AI·链上金融构想项目组”于发布提言，提出将 AI 与区块链结合，推动决策、融资、资产运用实现自动化与全天候运转，并将金融列为“第 18 个成长投资领域”。
提言具体措施包括：推进日本银行当座存款代币化（含批发 CBDC），年内完成论点整理；三大银行联合发行稳定币，目标于明年 3 月前启动实运营；推动应收账款、不动产等现实资产（RWA）的链上代币化。
在国际合作层面，提言提出创设“AI·链上金融亚洲政策对话框架”，并推进以日元计价稳定币的跨境结算，构建“全球 SC 走廊构想”。
