Scrolling the feed today and saw @quipnetwork drop a simple line: “Quantum for everyone. May the fourth be with you.” paired with a clean butterfly visual 🦋
Looks aesthetic on the surface, but it actually signals a deeper shift happening behind the scenes:
• Full rebrand with the butterfly symbol (inspired by Hofstadter's butterfly) → moving from a quantum wallet narrative to a decentralized compute network
• Node Manager v0.1.5 is live: realtime dashboard stats, improved TLS handling, auto port checks + config sync → way more polished for node runners
• Testnet traction: 13,000+ early users, 500+ active nodes
• Quantum Vaults already securing tens of thousands of wallets across BTC / ETH / SOL, with $1M+ in safeguarded assets
What stands out to me:
This isn’t “airdrop first, utility later.”
It’s infrastructure first, incentives aligned from day one
→ Deposit to earn
→ While building quantum-resistant security layers for the future
Feels like they’re positioning ahead of a narrative most of the market hasn’t even priced in yet.
The real question:
When quantum computing actually becomes a threat to crypto, do networks like this become optional protection… or core infrastructure?
Anyone here already running Node Manager or testing Quantum Vaults?
Or just watching from the sidelines to see if this narrative plays out?
And @useTria & @3look_io
