Crypto uses a lot of compute.
But does that compute actually do anything useful?
That is the part that makes @quipnetwork interesting to me.
Instead of treating Proof-of-Work as endless hash grinding, Quip is exploring a model where compute can be redirected toward real optimization problems.
The project is also building toward a decentralized quantum-classical network, with its testnet using D-Wave Advantage2 annealing quantum computers alongside other compute platforms.
On the security side, Quip is also focused on post-quantum protection for digital assets as quantum threats become more realistic over time.
Not saying this solves every problem in crypto.
But the idea feels more honest:
make the compute matter,
make the security future-ready,
and stop pretending wasted energy is innovation.
Do you think useful compute can become a serious crypto narrative?
Bullish on @useTria

@quipnetwork I'm excited about Quip's optimization approach too..
